Shipping is complimentary on all orders within India.

When will my order be shipped?
Every piece is carefully inspected, wrapped by hand, and packed in our studio before it begins its journey. Orders are typically dispatched within 7 working days of being placed.

If you've ordered a made-to-order piece or we're experiencing a particularly busy period, dispatch may take a little longer. If that happens, we'll let you know.

We cannot be responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

Packaging with Care
Our pottery is fragile, so every order is packed thoughtfully to ensure it arrives safely. We also try to tread lightly on the planet by using recyclable and reused packaging materials wherever possible, including newspapers, repurposed cartons, and reused bubble wrap. While the packaging may not always look brand new, it helps reduce waste without compromising the safety of your order.
